I want to thank everyone for the love. I am always completely blown away by your support. It's a pretty amazing feeling to have so many wonderful friends~

But this evening I want to send my thoughts and prayers out to another friend. We met a beautiful family back in January thanks to WhiteBerry and over the course of the last 7 months have enjoyed getting to know them. It has been another example of how so many of my clients become wonderful friends, but sadly we have lost one of those friend this weekend. My heart grieves for the loss my friend Annette and her 4 beautiful daughters have suffered with the passing of her husband, Brian. He died doing what he loved: flying. And he died while bravely fighting a wild fire. Annette is an extremely couragous woman and I know she will be fine, but as Sean lost his father at a young age as well I understand the magnitude of their loss. If any thoughts and prayers can be spared, please send some their way!

We love you Annette~

My heart goes out to this family. My husband is a volunteer fireman and it is my worst fear. I am so sorry for the family's loss.

It just goes to show (in reference to your previous post. Please people - there's no need to make people feel bad by leaving mean comments!!!) tangent...it just goes to show that nothing worldly matters...not furniture, not things, not houses, not redecorating. It is about family - about life - not taking one day for granted. Thank you for honoring this family and helping us remember.

We'll be praying for Annette and her family. My husband lost his father at 7 yrs old to a plane crash, so we can relate. Thank you for sharing so we can lift them up as well...

Love to your friend Annette and her 4 children. As the daughter of a firefighter (who has recently passed away), my heart breaks. :(

Oh what a sad day. My heart and thoughts go out to your friend and her little girls. I couldn't even imagine how she is feeling. I hope that she feels the love coming from all over the world. Life is so short and it is so unfair when it is taken away from someone even earlier.

I am so sorry and will be thinking of them. The wild fires have been terrible this summer and it's tragic that they have taken one more life.

My heart also goes out to the two men that passed. I am in BC amongst all these fires and these men are brave and courageous doing what the do. Prayers to the families of these wonderful men.
