Patience is a virtue!

I absolutely hate to do this, but I have to say something to avoid any further feelings of neglect or rudeness (on my part!). Due to the absolutely overwhelming and humbling response WhiteBerry has received both online and in reality I have become VERY behind in my emails. I try to drop a quick line when it is a simple question and answer, but I want to acknowledge all of those patient souls who have not yet received any response. Unfortunately, I currently do not have time to individually address many of the emails. Luckily many of you make enquiries along the same lines (distressing, verathane, priming, etc.) so I will try and make time to do tutorials on popular subjects over the coming weeks and months. If you are one of those folks who haven't heard back from me I want you to know that I GREATLY appreciate each and every word I receive and that I will try to help, even if it takes a while to get to you~

And a HUGE thank you to all the bloggers out there who took the time and were so kind as to spread the word about WhiteBerry Reinvented!!! Thanks to all your support I am busier than I ever imagined (in a good way~) and have a booming little business on my hands, which I am ever so grateful for. When you don't hear from me on here for a few days just know that I am occupied with my garage busting at the seams full of furniture, meeting with clients, delivering items to new customers and working with repeat customers on custom orders. I work each and every day, and yet I don't feel like I'm working at all. I am currently booking custom orders well into November, and trying to juggle my own items so that I have some exciting, and fun new before and afters to share here and on Whiteberryreinvented.com.

All in all life is good, and your patience is much appreciated!

ps: I have some really fun stuff to share tomorrow ;)

Holly, I totally get it! For 9 1/2 years I have had my own business painting furniture. I am in the US, and when I found your site I was amazed at how similar our things are! I am sure you feel the same as I do...that we need employees...but yet just can't trust our work to just anyone! So we work every day...and love every minute of it! I end up doing about 60 pieces a month...yikes! Email me some time...I would love to trade tips and tricks with you! I am new to the blogging world and in between painting, delivering or shipping, I have no clue where I am going to find the time...but I will, I always do! You know how it is...somehow it all gets done! ;o)

Keep up the good work! You don't feel like you are working because you are doing what you love. That is fantastic.

I think that the tutorial idea sounds wonderful!

So glad to hear that your business is doing well! Do you find that the customers are mostly local? I've always wondered about shipping furniture!
