If Wren knew you were coming...

She would have baked a bigger cake! Or at least she would ask her mommy too. But she was a very good helper.

not much interest in cake baking to start with... more interest in snacking.

Ooooh, these wooden spoons are kinda fun!

hmmmmm, what's this stuff I keep seeing mommy eatting while we are working?

I think I'll just stick to waving this spoon around.

Too bad she is a little young to enjoy the fruits of our labor hehe~

Sweet precious baby! I love your pictures of her! I'm now wishing I lived closer so you could give me a camera tutorial :0) We are working on trying to sleep at night in our house.....

Great photos.

Im sure you have answered this before but can you tell me what lens you use? Your whites are really bright and I love the look. Or maybe you just get incredible light in your house and its not your lens?

What lens do you use? Your pictures are fantastic!
Oh, and where did you find those adorable pajamas. I can't find any two pieces right now.

Thank you so much everyone!! We are very lucky, because Wren is pretty much happy like this all day. She does have a temper though LOL. But thankfully the tantrums are short and she moves on quickly.

Jess, don't worry! The sleep will come. Wren was up every 2 hours and then at 11 weeks old she just slept all night and has been good since. We still have our ups and downs, but it gets much easier!

As for my lens, I just use the one that came with the camera. I really want to try a wide angle lens, but for now I just work with what I have. Some of the brightness is the house itself. We have a 9 foot high window in this room, so that helps. But I do keep my shutter speeds as low as possible to keep it bright as well. So that may help you out a little~

Mrs.E, can you believe the jammies are from SuperStore??? They have TONS so I had to stock up. I think I bought 5 pairs for Wren, since they are only $6 for a set. When I got to the check out some were even further reduced to $3!!! Definitely check them out if you have one near you~
