I rarely browse through our old posts. But while looking for a specific post for a reader today I stumbled across this post from back in November 2008, almost 1 year ago. If you go back and read the post you will see that this house was my inspiration for some time. Over the excitement of Wren's early arrival and the Holiday season I completely forgot about this inspiration! But it doesn't seem that my subconcious did...

While a different color, this style of chandelier is definitely more like my new one than my old crystal ones:

This one, too, looks faintly similar:

And these two orbs? Not even similar, but pretty much exact in shape to the ones I scooped up while shopping with Rebecca!!!
Funny how that seems to work out!

Love your blog & style! Your blog has inspired me and my sisters to go into business together. We have a basement full of junk that we are reworking into fabulous pieces slowly but surely. Check us out www.etheledith.blogspot.com. Thanks again for blogging - so fabulous!

I love how you thought about it, let that desire go out into the world and manifest itself for you!

You won't believe it, but I wrote about white marble as an Intentional Obsession January 27th and today just got an Italian white marble table at a thrift store.

Amazing how the mind works right?

I think you just get inspired by stuff, and you just 'know' what you want, and your mind won't stop until you find the perfect pieces. Lucky for you, things do just fall into place! Some people go mad trying to fit all the pieces together!

Gave you a shout out on my blog holly. Not that you need it but I gave my best shot at a White Berry attempt! Your pieces are so inspirational!
