Might as well share the coffee table too!

3 posts in 1 day, WOW! I am sure that is some kind of record here. But as per the request of a faithful reader I will now share the coffee table and wish everyone a safe and fun 4th of July weekend.

Here she is in all of her knotted pine glory! Need I even say it? Another Goodwill gem.

After an afternoon in my paint garden:

I just love all the little worm holes.

I think we are getting close to the final family room reveal!

  2. Do I spy two comfy and chic armchairs in your breakfast nook? I'm going to check your archives to see if I missed a post on it. Holly, the coffee table and dresser both look amazing, you are so talented.

  9. Beautiful! Does your husband love white also or he happy with whatever you love? My husband pretty much leaves me to decorate. Just as long as I don't turn our bedroom to a pink girly room he is fine. He would like a ''man cave" some day. A basement or spare room for video games, computer, ect. Does your husband have anything like that? I wish I would of thought of this for your question post:)

  11. Loved ALL of your transformations! You're like billy the kid with that paint gun!

It looks like your home is really coming together. And I totally agree with everyone else, while all the white furniture is not really my personal choice, it looks beautiful in your home! (Especially on the rich, dark floors!)

  13. Just gorgeous!!! I love everything you do - you are so talented with white, which is not easy! : )
Can you please give some details about how you refinish all this furniture? Do you sand? Do you use spray paint or latex and a roller? Any details would be very appreciated. I can never seem to get it right!
Also, just curious - what kind of camera/lens do you use? Your pictures are so gorgeous!!!
(Sorry if these questions have already been answered - I searched, promise!)

My sister in law is a follower of your blog and now she has me hooked. You do some fabulous things. I have the bedroom collection, coffee table and end tables of this Broyhill Fontana collection and with my sister-in-law (Carries's) help we are going to spray paint away!!! Thanks for showing me how awesome it is going to look.

  23. P.S. I'm new to your blog, and I'm assuming you don't have messy kids all over the white couch right?
Also, what kind of paint sprayer do you use? I'm looking for one that doesn't get gloppy.

  28. Hi there, ran into this, and I love what you did! I was wondering: did you have to sand down the wood before painting? And did you use spray paint? It looks wonderful!
